“I will listen to what God the Lord says . . .”
We live in a connected world. It's hard to find time to reconnect with ourselves during the day with cell phones, texting, instant messaging, PDAs. We spend a lot of time connecting with the world. How are we doing at connecting with God? Even if we take the time, our connection to God often seems to be asking Him to listen to prayers, telling Him things He already knows.
Lent is the opportunity for us to reflect and reconnect, to be quiet and listen to God, to understand His will in our lives. In a connected world, are we taking the time to connect with God?
